Massanutten, better than a Jet2 Holiday
Massanutten was our first stop in Virginia. A resort in the mountains, it really does not feel like your typical resort. But it is a great place to bring the family!
For our specific trip, I remember trying to go carts. I was a fearful driver so everyone lapped me 5 times before I got the hang of it (kind of). There is also a pool to enjoy in the resort, and a small bungee jumping area (that was closed when we wanted to try it).
Looking back at the photos online, it really triggered a memory of being at the place. The power photographs hold 😆.
Cici’s Pizza
Oh the Joy
Since I lived mostly in Canada, but grew up in Florida. There was one piece of nostalgia I missed with all my heart. The wonder’s of Cici’s Pizza. With cheap all you can eat pizza, pasta, soups, and desserts (and all for a low price), there was something so comforting about going back!
Carbs on Carbs
You can also customize your pizza here (a little hack if you do ever try it out XD) but someone recommended us to get the “Mac and Cheese Pizza”. Check out my post in Florida for the final recommendation.
